The Forum for Anti-Colonial Inquiry in the Humanities and Social Sciences (FAIHS) is an open forum for students and researchers to engage with anti-colonial perspectives in research and teaching.

This fall, our main activity is the Anti-Colonial Week, taking place 3-7 November 2025. You can find the full programme here. By combining academic expertise with public-facing events, and collaborating with the student collective Uni Wien for Palestine, FAIHS's contribution to the Anti-Colonial Week seeks to fulfill the commitments of academia's Third Mission of "taking responsibility, actively and consciously, for the society on whose behalf [we] are working."
